Deposit and Final Payment
To reserve an Insight tour, a non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of booking the reservation, the booking will be automatically cancelled. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the departure date.
Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 45 days before departure. Tours with intra-European air flights included in the price must be paid in full 70 days before the tour begins.

Insight accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover/Novus.
Insight reserves the right to cancel a reservation and apply cancellation charges should payments not be received within the specified periods.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, Insight will assess the following penalties:

Illness or Absenteeism: In case you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. Insight regrets that no refund can be made for absences from a tour, including but not limited to, missed meals or sightseeing. If a promotional airfare is broken or extended for any reason, an additional fare may be payable.
Air & Land Packages: These packages are based on non-refundable airfares. If flight changes requested after the deposit has been received, or if flights are cancelled after tickets are issued, change fees and/or airline penalties will be applicable.
A fee of $30 per transaction will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after booking is confirmed. Cancellation fees will be charged if an entire tour package is cancelled to reschedule for a different date.
Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go cruise counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
