DAY 3. CAIRO – ASWAN – NILE CRUISE (3 NIGHTS)
After your flight to Aswan, visit the impressive High Dam. Travel by motorboat to the Temple of Isis, on the Island of Philae. Board your luxury Nile cruise ship for lunch then sail in a felucca to see the Botanical Gardens and the Aga Khan Mausoleum. (Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 4. NILE CRUISE: KOM-OMBO – EDFU
Enjoy a relaxing morning or join an Optional Experience to Abu Simbel. This afternoon visit the Temple of Kom-Ombo, dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god. This evening, dress up in traditional Egyptian galabeas for a fun-filled Egyptian dinner and cultural experience.
DAY 5. NILE CRUISE: EDFU – LUXOR
Discover Egypt's best-preserved cult temple at Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god, Horus. On arrival in Luxor, see the ancient Great Temple, which dominates the city. (Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
DAY 6. DISEMBARK – LUXOR – CAIRO
Explore the extraordinary Valley of the Kings and Luxor's West Bank, a breathtaking complex of mortuary temples and tombs. Admire Queen Hatshepsut's Temple. And marvel at the Colossi of Memnon. Visit the gigantic Karnak Temple Complex before your flight to Cairo. (Buffet Breakfast)
DAY 7. CAIRO – ALEXANDRIA
Visit the Coptic Monasteries at Wadi El Natrun (if open) on the way to Alexandria. Enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean this evening during dinner with your fellow travellers at a local restaurant. (Buffet Breakfast, Dinner)
DAY 8. ALEXANDRIA SIGHTSEEING – CAIRO
Tour the white marble Roman Amphitheatre and Pompey's Pillar at the ancient acropolis. Visit the Kom el Shoqafa Catacomb and the National Museum. Admire the magnificent El Morsi Abu El Abbas Mosque before your drive back to Cairo. (Buffet Breakfast)
